1. What is DTF (Direct-to-Film) printing?
Direct-to-Film (DTF) is a revolutionary printing method where designs are printed onto a special film, coated with adhesive powder, and then heat-transferred onto fabric or other materials. DTF prints are vibrant, stretchable, durable, and work on almost any fabric type, including cotton, polyester, blends, leather, and more.
2. What is a gang sheet?
A gang sheet is a large film sheet that contains multiple designs grouped together. This method helps maximize printing space, reduce costs, and improve efficiency, making it a great option for bulk orders, logos, or different-sized prints.
3. What is the turnaround time (TAT) for orders?
Our standard turnaround time (TAT) is 24-48 hours for most orders. Large or custom orders may take slightly longer.

4. What size should my print be for T-shirts and hoodies?
Here are general size recommendations:
- Adult T-Shirts (Front/Back Print): 10”–12” wide
- Youth T-Shirts: 8”–10” wide
- Toddler Shirts: 6”–8” wide
- Left Chest Logos: 3”–4” wide
- Sleeve & Hat Prints: 2”–3” wide
- Full-Size Hoodie Prints: 11”–13” wide

5. What file format and resolution should I use for the best print quality?
To ensure sharp, high-quality prints, please submit:
✅ File Formats: PNG, PSD, AI, PDF, EPS, or SVG (Transparent background preferred)
✅ Resolution: 300 DPI for the best clarity
✅ Color Mode: CMYK or RGB

6. What are the pressing instructions for DTF transfers?
To achieve the best results, follow these steps:
1️⃣ Temperature: 300°F–325°F
2️⃣ Time: 10-15 seconds
3️⃣ Pressure: Medium to firm pressure
4️⃣ Peel Type: Hot Peel or Cold Peel (check product details)
5️⃣ Final Press: Re-press for 5-7 seconds using parchment paper or a Teflon sheet for extra durability
📌 Pro Tip: Always test on a sample fabric before full production!
7. Can I apply DTF transfers with a home iron?
We do not recommend using a home iron, as it doesn’t provide the even heat, pressure, and temperature control required for proper adhesion. A heat press is the best tool for applying DTF transfers.
8. What materials can I apply DTF transfers to?
DTF transfers can be applied to cotton, polyester, blends, nylon, leather, wood, and more. They’re highly versatile and work on both light and dark fabrics.
9. Do you offer UV DTF transfers?
Yes! We offer UV DTF gang sheets, which are perfect for applying permanent, waterproof designs to hard surfaces like glass, metal, plastic, acrylic, and tumblers.
10. What is the difference between hot peel and cold peel DTF transfers?
- Hot Peel DTF Transfers: Can be peeled immediately after pressing, making production faster.
- Cold Peel DTF Transfers: Need to cool completely before peeling for a smooth, vibrant finish.
11. Do you offer bulk pricing?

12. Do you offer expedited shipping?
Yes! We offer express shipping options such as UPS Next Day Air, 2-Day, and Express for urgent orders.

13. How do I care for garments with DTF prints?
To keep your prints looking fresh:
✔️ Wash inside out in cold water
✔️ Use mild detergent (no bleach or fabric softeners)
✔️ Tumble dry low or air dry
✔️ Do not iron directly on the design
DTF prints last 50+ washes with proper care!
14. Do you offer custom design services?
Yes! If you need minor adjustments to your artwork or help setting up gang sheets, we’re happy to assist. For complex designs, we offer custom design services for an additional fee.
