  • "User", "customer", or "you" refers to any person who accesses or uses our website and services.
  • "Products" refer to DTF Gang Sheets, UV DTF Transfers, and other custom printing services provided by VivaColor.

2. Use of Our Services

By using our services, you agree to:

✔️ Use our products only for lawful purposes
✔️ Abide by all applicable laws and regulations

❌ You may NOT use our services for any:

  • Unlawful or fraudulent activities
  • Unauthorized resale or redistribution of our products
  • Actions that may damage, disable, or overburden our website or services

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who violates these terms.

3. Orders & Payments

🔹 Order Processing: All orders are custom-made and processed in the order they are received.
🔹 Payment Methods: We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment options.
🔹 Pricing: Prices are subject to change without notice. However, confirmed orders will not be affected by future price changes.
🔹 Cancellations: Orders cannot be canceled once they enter production. Please review your order carefully before submitting.

4. Shipping & Delivery

🚚 Processing Time: Standard turnaround time is 24-48 business hours.
🚚 Shipping Methods: We offer various shipping options, including expedited shipping upon request.
🚚 Lost or Delayed Packages: Once an order is shipped, we are not responsible for carrier delays. Please contact the carrier for tracking assistance.
🚚 Incorrect Address: If an incorrect address is provided, the customer is responsible for any re-shipping costs.

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless there is an error on our part.

✅ Refunds/Replacements are available for:

  • Orders with printing defects or errors caused by us
  • Damaged shipments (photo proof required)
  • Lost orders due to carrier errors (confirmed via tracking)

❌ We do NOT provide refunds or replacements for:

  • Customer-submitted artwork errors (low resolution, incorrect colors, typos, etc.)
  • Improper application of transfers (e.g., incorrect heat press settings)
  • Slight color variations due to screen-to-print differences

To request a refund or replacement, contact sales@vivacolor.us within 3 days of receiving your order.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, images, and designs on our website are owned by VivaColor or used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of our website or products without our written consent.

If you submit a design for printing, you confirm that:
✔️ You have the legal right to use the artwork
✔️ Your design does not infringe on any copyrights or trademarks

We are not responsible for any legal issues arising from customer-submitted artwork.

7. Limitation of Liability

VivaColor is not liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from using our products
  • Losses due to shipping delays, misapplication of transfers, or third-party actions
  • Issues arising from customer-provided designs

Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific order in question.

8. Privacy Policy

Your personal information is protected under our Privacy Policy (link to policy). We do not sell or share your data with third parties except for order fulfillment purposes.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
